• FUNCTION SPECIFIC (1-3 DAYS).

• SPECIALISED (1-4 DAYS).
In addition to the above categories, we also put together tailored programmes dealing with a variety of situations including mergers and acquisitions, joint-ventures, integration teams, roll out projects, and so on.

CROSS-CULTURAL AWARENESS
The programme is designed not only as an introduction to cultural and diversity awareness, but also a practical guide to communicating effectively across cultures. Designed in close collaboration with you and your organization, Cross-cultural Awareness will raise your understanding and awareness of how culture impacts on your organisation and personnel.

If you have ever been frustrated by an employee who says yes but means no or a staff member who refuses to participate, culture may be behind their behaviour. Often without realising, culture influences how close we stand, the type of relationships we develop at work, how we deal with conflict and even how we participate in a meeting.

Focusing on major areas, this highly interactive intercultural communication programme will provide you with the necessary foundation, framework and tools to become culturally competent and sensitive to other cultures:

The Centre can address the particular requirements of your organization for intercultural effectiveness services. We can deliver existing courses to homogenous groups (intact groups) on demand or adapt these services to suit your needs.

Our consultancy process is action-oriented. We aim to contribute new sources of competitive advantage by:
• identifying potential problems before they become real problems
• recommending concrete policy initiatives
• delivering training.
• equipping HR and other leaders with the facts to convince people to buy into change

By identifying the skills you will need for the future, as managing cultural difference becomes increasingly important for success, you will save time and money.
